Community Manager

• Experience: 3-4 Years in Community Management(Preferably FPS or AA/AAA Titles)

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our community while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Establish official communication channels and guidelines, build hype through teaser content, developer diaries, and behind-the-scenes updates, and organize closed beta or early access programs.
• Partner with influencers and gaming media for awareness and amplify lore and world-building content created by the dev team.
• Set up channels for learning and engagement (e.g., FAQs, knowledge bases) and implement referral or ambassador programs.
• Ensure a positive and constructive discussion atmosphere, address community queries and feedback, and manage moderators and volunteers.
• Plan and execute AMAs, tournaments, and giveaways while curating engaging content like polls, newsletters, and announcements.
• Track community metrics and engagement, providing insights for improvement.
• Work with marketing, dev, and design teams to align initiatives and collaborate with influencers and content creators.
Requirements
• A strong background in playing video games, with a deep understanding of gamer behavior and community culture.
• Proven experience in managing and growing online communities (preferably in FPS or AA/AAA games).
• Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle crisis management and conflict resolution effectively.
• Familiarity with bots, automation, and moderation tools.
• Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming communities and trends.
• Experience with analytics tools to track user engagement and growth.
Preferences
- • Previous experience in a gaming company or startup environment.
• Ability to create basic graphics, memes, and engaging content.
• Understanding of influencer marketing and partnerships
